Well it's finally raining here.
We had a great Monsoon season with around 20 inches of rain, but since then we have had around 3 inches of rain and with a few exceptions the creeks remain dry. On top of that we had a bitter cold spell with temps at night in the single digits, any water we did have was frozen solid.
Needles to say the winter panning season has been put on hold, but thankfully it started raining last night and right now I have some small lakes in my yard! Supposed to keep raining until Monday night so I am heading out on Tuesday to do some exploring and maybe get some gold.
